    Salary Increase: The company will determine the salary increase based on the employee’s performance and the company’s performance.

    Bonus: The company will determine the offering and amount of the bonus based on the employee’s performance and the company’s performance.

     

    ■ Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary depending on the work shift)

     

    ■ Holidays:

    • 2 days off per week (depending on work timing and schedule)

     

    ■ Annual Leave:

    • 108 to 120 days (may vary depending on work shift)

     

    ■ Allowances:

    • Transportation allowance: Reimbursement of actual transportation expenses up to 30,000 yen per month

     

    ■ Probation Period:

    • 3-month probation period

     

    ■ Japanese Level: N1

    ■ Location: Sapporo and Tokyo

     

    Job Summary

    The Sales Manager is responsible for actively developing/maintaining business opportunities and maximizing revenue opportunities by utilizing aggressive direct sales, marketing, email, and other communication methods. They identify areas for improvement in overall sales performance, optimize the sales team’s performance, and develop strategic action plans to generate additional sales revenue.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Finance
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate/travel/leisure industries
    • Maximize the business potential of the designated portfolio through daily sales calls, telephone calls, effective account servicing, local surveys, and entertainment
    • Prepare documents for clients, maintain internal reservation reports, and sales files
    • Manage and maintain business relationships with existing and new customer bases to achieve customer satisfaction. Ensure that external and internal customers are satisfied with our services.
    • Participate in and coordinate events such as promotions and exhibitions.
    • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and understand how to sell against them.
    • Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals set by management.
    • Qualifications and Requirements

     

    Qualifications:

    • Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications and experience in hospitality or tourism management
    • Requirements:
    • Sales experience including 3-5 years of hotel experience is desirable
    • Desirable to have relevant room sales experience in the hospitality industry. Demonstrated sales track record is desirable
    • Mature, self-motivated, dynamic, attention to detail, and result-oriented individual
    • Desirable to have strong relationship-building and communication skills
    • Desirable to have strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Effectively bilingual
    • Able to travel overseas and willing to do so
    • Applicants with less experience will be considered for junior positions
    • Tidy professional attitude
    • Creative and successful sales techniques
    • Ability to identify problems or challenges in a proactive manner and solve them independently and creatively
