    Be the face of our partner hotel in Niseko !

    We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Front Desk Staff member to welcome guests and help create memorable stays.

    🏨 Position

    Full-time Front Desk Staff

    As a Front Desk Staff member, you will provide friendly and professional service to hotel guests.

    Your main responsibilities include:

    • Welcoming and assisting guests at the Front Desk
    • Handling check-in and check-out
    • Responding to guest inquiries
    • Processing Hotel Reservations
    • Handling financial transactions
    • Maintaining and operating digital kiosks
    • Participating lobby
    • Helping ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience

    📅 Employment Target Start Date

    December 1st, 2026

    Training may begin earlier.

    ⏰ Working Hours

    • 8 hours per day
    • 5 days per week
    • Overtime may be required depending on the work schedule

    📍 Location

    Niseko Area, Hokkaido

    🏠 Accommodation

    The hotel will take care of accommodation.

    The rent is free of charge, but utilities and other additional costs will be handled by the employee.

    🛂 Visa Support

    Visa support is available for applicants who are eligible for the Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services  or Specified Skilled Worker status of residence.

    👥 Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
    • Japanese language ability required
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Reliable and hardworking
    • Comfortable working in an international hotel environment
